Data Subprocessors

At Cove, we're committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. This page provides information about the third-party subprocessors we use to support our services and the regions in which they operate.

Subprocessors are vendors or service providers that may have access to or process customer data on our behalf. We carefully select and monitor these partners to ensure they meet our stringent security and compliance standards. The following list outlines our current subprocessors, their functions, and their geographic locations. We update this information as needed to keep you informed about how and where your data is processed.

AWS Confluent Cloud	Confluent is a manage Apache Kafka instance hosted on AWS. We use Kafka to process customer data as we receive it via our API.	us-east-2
AWS Relational Database Service (RDS)	RDS is a managed database service. We use RDS to store our customers' rules, item types, actions, and other configuration data.	us-east-2
AWS Cloudwatch	CloudWatch is an observability service that collects metrics, logs, and events from various AWS resources. We use AWS Cloudwatch to monitor our infrastructure and to alert us during incidents.	us-east-2
AWS Simple Queue Storage (SQS)	SQS is a message queueing service	us-east-2
AWS Simple Storage Service (S3)	S3 is a data storage service. We store customer data in S3 temporarily before it's written to our long-term storage.	us-east-2
Snowflake	Snowflake is a cloud-based data warehousing platform. We store customer data in Snowflake to surface in analytics and other features.	us-west-2
Datadog	Datadog is a cloud-based monitoring and analytics platform. We use it to monitor our infrastructure in real time and alert us on certain events.	US1
Scylla	Scylla is a high-performance database. We use this to fetch customer data in a number of our products. Scylla is hosted on AWS.	us-east-2
